Crayon Rolls for Church

Our church council decided that we wanted to have some things to make visitors feel more welcome when they are with us.  I ended up in charge of an item to be able to give to the kids.  I came up with crayon rolls.  Each visiting child will be given a crayon roll and a bible coloring book to take home.

I followed this tutorial that I found on pinterest.  I just skipped the ric-rac.

  1. What a great idea! I love that you are incorporating them to make children feel welcome and loved. I may just have to make a few of these for our children's welcome center at our church. Thanks for sharing at A New Creation!

  4. What an amazing idea; these are totally wonderful. A perfect gift for parents to take along when travelling with their children. I have 2 small boxes of crayons in the bottom of my purse should we ever be out with our Grandsons. Love them, J.

  5. I bought one for my son when he was really little but we haven't used it in awhile. I was planning on making more but still never got around to it. Maybe I should start now for Christmas :)
